This Privacy Policy explains what information CrownBridge (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Texas, collects, and what we do with it. It covers both this website and the coordination service CrownBridge provides once you are in contact with us. This website itself does not have a login, a user account system, or any payment processing.
Information you give us
The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of your situation, which is required and can run to 600 characters. That is the only information this website’s contact form asks for. If you move forward with us after that, we may ask you for other information as part of arranging your consultation with the clinic, such as photographs of your hair and scalp; that happens through direct contact with us (for example, by phone, text, or email), not through this website.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form, this website also automatically captures: your IP address, as reported by the network, at the moment of submission; a hidden field used only to help identify automated spam submissions, which real visitors never fill in; and a timestamp of when the form was loaded in your browser, also used to help identify automated spam. This website also uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service, which sets cookies in your browser to help us understand how visitors use the site. We use it to record two specific actions: when a visitor clicks or taps the phone number, and when a visitor submits the contact form. We do not run any advertising or remarketing tags on this website.
When you visit this site, we set a first-party cookie named wg_src that records the page you first visited this site on and how you arrived — search, social, email, a link, or direct. We keep this information for six months. We use it only to understand which of our marketing efforts produce enquiries, so we can invest in what works. We do not sell this information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you across other websites.
When you send a message through our contact form, your IP address is passed along with it to the service that delivers enquiries to us, and is used only to stop repeated or automated submissions.

Contact form submissions are sent to WatchGrid Studio, the technology provider whose systems operate the contact form and lead management for this website. This website has no other automated destination for your form submission — for example, it does not send your submission by email.
How your information may be shared with the clinic
This website’s own systems send your contact form submission only to WatchGrid Studio, in the United States; the website does not transmit anything outside the United States.
Separately, as part of the coordination service CrownBridge provides, our staff may manually and selectively share information you have given us — including photographs of your hair or scalp — with Dr. Yetkin Bayer Clinics in Istanbul, Turkey, so the clinic can perform a surgical assessment. This sharing is not automatic and is not done by the website; a person at CrownBridge decides, case by case, what to forward once you are in contact with us. Because Dr. Yetkin Bayer Clinics is located in Turkey, this means information you give us may leave the United States as part of the service, even though this website’s own systems send information only within the United States.
Data security
This website is hosted on Vercel. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This website does not have user accounts and does not process payments, so it does not collect passwords or payment card information.
How long we keep your information
CrownBridge has not set a fixed retention period for contact form submissions. If you would like to know what information we hold about you, or would like us to delete it, contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the contact form or share any further information with us; in that case, the only things this website collects about you are standard Google Analytics activity, the Metricool page-load data described above, and the wg_src visit-source cookie. You can also contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you or to request that we delete it.
