It covers both this website and the coordination service CrownBridge provides once you are in contact with us. The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, and phone number — that is the only information this website’s contact form asks for. Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form, this website also automatically captures: your IP address, as reported by the network, at the moment of submission; a hidden field used only to help identify automated spam submissions, which real visitors never fill in; and a timestamp of when the form was loaded in your browser, also used to help identify automated spam. This website also uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service, which sets cookies in your browser to help us understand how visitors use the site. We use it to record two specific actions: when a visitor clicks or taps the phone number, and when a visitor submits the contact form. We do not run any advertising or remarketing tags on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry and to help arrange a consultation with the clinic. Contact form submissions are sent to WatchGrid Studio, the technology provider whose systems operate the contact form and lead management for this website. This website has no other automated destination for your form submission — for example, it does not send your submission by email.

This website’s own systems send your contact form submission only to WatchGrid Studio, in the United States; the website does not transmit anything outside the United States.
Separately, as part of the coordination service CrownBridge provides, our staff may manually and selectively share information you have given us — including photographs of your hair or scalp — with Dr. Yetkin Bayer Clinics in Istanbul, Turkey, so the clinic can perform a surgical assessment. This sharing is not automatic and is not done by the website; a person at CrownBridge decides, case by case, what to forward once you are in contact with us. Because Dr. Yetkin Bayer Clinics is located in Turkey, this means information you give us may leave the United States as part of the service, even though this website’s own systems send information only within the United States.
Data security
This website is hosted on Vercel. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This website does not have user accounts and does not process payments, so it does not collect passwords or payment card information.
How long we keep your information
